How are your products made?

All Tequila & Sunrise items are produced on demand. When you place an order, it is instantly sent to our production partner for printing and fulfillment. Because every item is created specifically for each order, we cannot cancel, modify, exchange, or restock orders once the transaction is complete.

Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns or issue replacements in the following situations:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item has a manufacturing or printing defect

  • You received the wrong product, size, or color due to an error on our side

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@tequilandsunrise.com.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the affected item

After reviewing, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items (Made-to-Order Policy)

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design preference

  • Carrier-related delivery delays

  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear

  • Unclaimed packages (return shipping fees apply)

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, all sales are final.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union:

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days only if the item is not personalized or specially customized.

To use this right:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost

  • We will process your refund within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

This right does not apply to items with personal customization (such as custom names or text).

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you are unsure about your size, please refer to the size charts on each product page.

If you receive a mislabeled item (rare, but possible), contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Unclaimed Packages

Tequila & Sunrise is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur the return shipping fee.

If your package seems lost during transit, please email us and we will assist with tracking.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
